  • When is Art Obscura open?

    • We are open

      • Thursday - Saturday from 10 AM - 7 PM

      • Sunday from 11AM - 3 PM

  • Is there an admission fee to come to the gallery?

    • Nope. No fee. Come on in and take a look around!

  • Is there more upstairs?/Can I go upstairs?

    • Yes. There is a lot of cool stuff upstairs.

  • Do you buy antiques?

    • We do; however, inventory is getting pretty full. Bring us a picture of the item(s) you're interested in selling and we can talk about it.

  • How can I get my work into the gallery?

    • Bring us a digital portfolio or send it through email. We will take a look and see if your work is a good fit for the gallery and take it from there!

  • How much does it cost to show my work?

    • There is no upfront cost, but if a work is sold we take a 30% commission off of the price.

  • What does it mean for a work to be “Ready to Hang?”

    • Ready to Hang work must have hardware on the back that allows it to be hung on the walls. This hardware includes sawtooth hangers, D- rings and wires. The stretcher bars of canvases and frames of panels DO NOT count as hanging hardware. Paper works or pieces that don't have a structure must be framed.

  • How do I book a show in the gallery?

    • We often book our art shows months in advance. Come in with an idea for your show and a strong portfolio showing your previous works and we'll talk.

  • How long do Art Obscura Gallery shows stay up?

    • A new show is hung in both the tiny room and the main gallery every second Saturday of the month with the exception of one-day pop up shows.

  • How do I book a music show/concert?

    • Contact us via Facebook or email us with desired dates as well as links to your band’s Facebook and a samples of your music.
