  • When is Art Obscura open?

    • We are open Thursday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11AM to 4 PM.

  • Is there an admission fee to come to the gallery? 

    • ​​No, there is no fee. Come look around!

  • Is there more upstairs?/Can I go upstairs?

    • Yes. 

  • Do you buy antiques? 

    • Yes, give us a call, shoot us an email, or send a text! 

  • How can I get my work into the gallery?

    • Come in and show us a digital portfolio or send it through email. We will evaluate if your work is a good fit and take it from there!

  • How much does it cost to show my work?

    • There is no upfront cost, but if a work is sold we take a 30% commission off of the price.

  • What does it mean for a work to be “Ready to Hang?” 

    • Ready to Hang work must have hardware on the back that allows it to be hung on the walls. This hardware includes sawtooth hangers, D- rings and wires. The stretcher bars of canvases and frames of panels DO NOT count as hanging hardware. Flimsy paper works must be framed.

  • How do I book a show in the gallery? 

    • We often book months in advance. Come in with an idea for your show along with a strong portfolio showing your previous works.

  • How long do Art Obscura Gallery shows stay up?

    • A new show is hung in both the tiny gallery and the main gallery every second Saturday of the month with the exception of one-day pop up shows.

  • How do I book a music show/concert? 

    • Contact Art Obscura via Facebook or email us with desired dates as well as links to both your band’s Facebook and a way to listen to a sample of your music.
